PCA-R Description: Our PCA-R is a comprehensive review & analysis of construction related information & documents, and is commended to be performed on large custom residential homes, especially if percentage of completion draws are anticipated vs. staged draws (i.e. 5-step). It is similar in scope to the commercial PCA review, but is less in cost because the materials available for review are typically less. It should be performed prior to loan commitment and/or loan closing and is intended to identify significant construction related risks, as well as to offer recommendations to mitigate such risk. The Report becomes an excellent comprehensive source of all relevant project information.
